The video does appear to be harsh. However, we are not told what their alleged crimes were.
They could have been innocent, or they could have been child rapists and murderers. We don't know.
We also don't know who carried out these killings. Just because there is background 'Islamic-sounding' quotes and sound, doesn't mean that they were Muslims.
In a world of deceit, I for one will hold my opinion.
